We have extensive quality control to ensure your items ship safely and securely to its destination. Even with these extra precautions, we do realize damages may occur upon delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, simply call Customer Service staff at 1-888-773-0302 and they will gladly take care of you with a replacement.
