Fine Wine Accessories has over 3 years of experience in processing, packaging and shipping fragile items such as, glassware, wine coolers and fragile gifts throughout the United States. We have extensive quality control to ensure your items ship safely and securely to its destination. Even with these extra precautions, we do realize damages may occur upon delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, simply call Customer Service staff at 1-888-773-0302 and they will gladly take care of you with a replacement.
