There are a few steps that need to be taken before we will process your return.  First off, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please make sure you check your order for visible damages before the carrier leaves. Makes any notes on the delivery receipt if there are damages.
Claims for shortages, damaged or defective merchandise and the event that your order is incorrect will not be considered unless presented to us within 30 days of receipt by buyer. All goods returned within 30 days in original or resaleable condition are entitled to a refund minus the shipping costs. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.  Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
